Finance Operations & ControlOversee full accounting cycle: GL, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, reconciliationsLead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close across multiple entitiesPrepare consolidated financials and management reportingImplement and enforce financial controls, approval matrices, and reporting standards2. Budgeting, Planning & Commercial SupportLead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecast cyclesDevelop financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario planning for new conceptsConduct variance analysis and provide actionable insightsSupport pricing, menu engineering, and cost optimisation across F&B operations3. Tax, Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax, ESR, and IFRSManage audits, filings, and regulatory requirementsEstablish internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks across all entities4. Cash Flow, Treasury & BankingOversee group‑wide cash flow planning and working capital managementLead setup and management of bank accounts across multiple entitiesEstablish payment processes, signatory structures, and banking mandatesManage relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutionsImplement robust cash control and liquidity frameworksLead implementation and optimisation of ERP and financial systemsEnsure full integration across POS, inventory, procurement, and accounting systemsDevelop scalable reporting tools and dashboardsTrain teams on systems and financial processes6. Procurement, Purchasing & Cost Control OversightOversee governance across procurement and purchasing functionsImplement supplier onboarding, approval hierarchies, and purchasing controlsEnsure integration between procurement, inventory, and finance systemsMonitor supplier terms, pricing, and cost efficiency across all unitsSupport margin optimisation and operational cost control7. Accounting Structure & Financial Framework SetupDesign and implement the full accountancy structure across all entitiesDevelop and standardise the Chart of AccountsEstablish reporting templates, consolidation frameworks, and intercompany structuresEnsure scalability for multi‑brand and multi‑entity expansion8. Administration, PRO & Corporate Structuring OversightProvide financial oversight across administration and PRO functionsSupport company formation, trade licences, regulatory registrations, and renewalsEnsure alignment between corporate structuring, licensing, and financial setupTrack and manage costs related to government fees, licences, and complianceWork closely with the PMO and Project Delivery teams on all active developmentsOversee financial management of projects, including budget tracking and cost controlSupport tender processes, bid evaluations, and commercial reviewsEstablish and manage project payment processes, including certifications and approvalsControl financial documentation related to projects, contracts, and variationsMonitor project cash flow, capex spend, and financial riskEnsure alignment between project delivery timelines and financial reporting10.
