This role requires a deep understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and the intricacies of the real estate industry. A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of success in a similar role.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS).Oversee the general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.Manage the financial audit process.Identify and mitigate financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations in the UAE.Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.Monitor and improve the company's financial performance.Develop and implement cost‑saving measures.Identify opportunities for revenue growth.Evaluate potential real estate investments and acquisitions.Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities.Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.Recruit, train, and develop finance staff.Communicate effectively with senior management, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial institutions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred.Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in a senior finance role preferably within the real estate industry or a diversified conglomerate / investment holding.Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and IFRS.Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong leadership and team management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
