<div><h3><b>Head of Engineering</b></h3><h3><b>Role Purpose</b></h3><p>The Head of Engineering will lead the entire technology function, combining strategic technical leadership with operational excellence. This role is responsible for defining the technical vision, ensuring architectural integrity, driving scalable system design, and managing day-to-day engineering execution to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with business goals.</p><h3><b>Role Nature</b></h3><ul><li><b>Strategic Leadership:</b>Own and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap</li><li><b>Operational Leadership:</b>Oversee daily execution, task allocation, and delivery tracking</li><li><b>Hands-on Involvement:</b>Provide technical guidance and intervene in complex problem-solving when required</li></ul><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><h3><b>1. Technical Strategy&Architecture</b></h3><ul><li>Define, own, and evolve the company’s technical roadmap</li><li>Review and approve system architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives</li><li>Ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance of all production systems</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage technical debt effectively</li></ul><h3><b>2. Governance, Quality&Security</b></h3><ul><li>Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding practices, and development frameworks</li><li>Define and oversee security protocols, system hardening, and compliance measures</li><li>Review and approve critical technical decisions and platform-wide changes</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks across all engineering outputs</li></ul><h3><b>3. Technical Operations (Daily Execution)</b></h3><ul><li>Oversee task assignment across backend, frontend, mobile, and cross-functional teams</li><li>Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes</li><li>Supervise CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient, stable deployments</li><li>Manage and optimize Dockerized environments for system reliability</li><li>Proactively resolve blockers and ensure seamless coordination across teams</li></ul><h3><b>4. Technical Leadership</b></h3><ul><li>Conduct high-level code reviews and enforce engineering excellence</li><li>Provide mentorship, technical direction, and support to development teams</li><li>Ensure alignment with architectural standards in all development activities</li><li>Build team capabilities and drive continuous learning and upskilling</li></ul><h3><b>5.
