Head of Engineering & Design

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Head / Head of Engineering & Design to lead our multi-disciplinary technical studio. This role will drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality BIM-integrated project delivery, and act as the key link between client expectations and execution.Technical Responsibilities:Lead and manage all engineering and design outputs (Architectural, Structural, MEP).Oversee BIM/Revit-based design coordination for clash‑free 3D models.Review and approve schematic, detailed, and IFC packages before client or municipal submission.Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and project specifications.Provide technical solutions and value engineering advice.Supervise multi‑disciplinary design teams and freelancers.BIM & Revit expertise – coordinating multi‑disciplinary designs.Design review & QA/QC – ensuring high‑quality, accurate drawings.Engineering knowledge – architectural, structural, MEP disciplines.Project management – managing design timelines, resources, and budgets.Leadership – managing in‑house teams and external freelancers.Technical problem‑solving & value engineering.Regulatory knowledge – Saudi Building Code & local approvals.Proven experience within engineering consultancy firms.Strong background in obtaining all required licenses and permits for full engineering designs.Experience across commercial, residential, and government projects.Other Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architectural or Structural Engineering.10+ years of GCC consulting experience (Saudi market preferred).Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.Strong leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams.PMP certification (preferred).Fluent in Arabic & English.What We OfferStrategic leadership role in a high‑growth firm.Opportunity to shape operations and technical standards.Competitive package + performance‑based incentives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
