Head of Engineering&Design

<div><p>We are seeking a seasoned<b>Operations Head / Head of Engineering&Design</b>to lead our multi-disciplinary technical studio. This role will drive operational excellence, ensure high-quality BIM-integrated project delivery, and act as the key link between client expectations and execution.</p><h3>Technical Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage<b>all engineering and design outputs</b>(Architectural, Structural, MEP).</li><li>Oversee<b>BIM/Revit-based design coordination</b>for clash‑free 3D models.</li><li>Review and approve<b>schematic, detailed, and IFC packages</b>before client or municipal submission.</li><li>Ensure compliance with<b>Saudi Building Code (SBC)</b>and project specifications.</li><li>Provide<b>technical solutions</b>and value engineering advice.</li><li>Supervise<b>multi‑disciplinary design teams</b>and freelancers.</li><li><b>BIM&Revit expertise</b>– coordinating multi‑disciplinary designs.</li><li><b>Design review&QA/QC</b>– ensuring high‑quality, accurate drawings.</li><li><b>Engineering knowledge</b>– architectural, structural, MEP disciplines.</li><li><b>Project management</b>– managing design timelines, resources, and budgets.</li><li><b>Leadership</b>– managing in‑house teams and external freelancers.</li><li><b>Technical problem‑solving&value engineering</b>.</li><li><b>Regulatory knowledge</b>– Saudi Building Code&local approvals.</li><li><b>Proven experience within engineering consultancy firms.</b></li><li><b>Strong background in obtaining all required licenses and permits</b>for full engineering designs.</li><li><b>Experience across commercial, residential, and government projects.</b></li></ul><h3>Other Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architectural or Structural Engineering.</li><li>10+ years of GCC consulting experience (Saudi market preferred).</li><li>Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.</li><li>Strong leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams.</li><li>PMP certification (preferred).Fluent in Arabic&English.</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Strategic leadership role in a high‑growth firm.</li><li>Opportunity to shape operations and technical standards.</li><li>Competitive package + performance‑based incentives.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
