Head of E-Commerce & MarketingLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesSalary: Market relatedOur client is a global leader in tools manufacturing and distribution, serving the Industrial, Engineering, and Construction sectors.We are seeking a commercially driven Head of E-Commerce & Marketing to lead end-to-end digital commerce, marketing strategy, and selected retail activities.This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms, brand marketing, and key retail customers while managing a small, high-impact team.ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Leadership (B2B & B2C)Full ownership of performance, profitability, and growth of B2B and B2C webshopsDefine and execute e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectivesLead pricing, assortment, and category management decisionsManage supplier and trade partner relationships, including negotiations and supply reliabilityOversee Shopify platform development and optimizationOwn Amazon Seller and Vendor Central operations, including content, advertising, and performance analyticsDrive conversion optimization through campaigns, A/B testing, and customer journey improvementsCustomer Service & Webshop ProcurementLead customer service function, ensuring high service standards and KPI deliveryOversee inventory planning, procurement coordination, and stock optimization for e-commerceMarketing Department LeadershipLead and develop the marketing team, including goal setting and performance managementDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional channelsManage marketing budgets, brand consistency, and content strategyOversee retail merchandising, POS materials, and visual identityPlan and execute trade shows and industry events, including lead managementManage marketing assets and materials inventoryRetail Sales Management (Select Accounts)Directly manage a small portfolio of key retail customersDevelop customer-specific sales strategies, assortments, and displaysConduct regular business reviews and sales planningSkillsRequirementsDegree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or similar5–7+ years’ experience in e-commerce and/or marketing, with minimum 3 years in leadershipProven success managing B2B and/or B2C webshopsMandatory experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor CentralStrong background in digital marketing, SEO/SEA, analytics, and conversion optimizationExperience with pricing, assortment planning, supplier negotiations, and inventory managementHands‑on experience with Shopify and analytics toolsEntrepreneurial, action‑oriented, and commercially mindedStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsThis is a high-impact leadership role for a candidate who enjoys owning results, shaping strategy, and driving growth across digital and physical channels.#J-18808-Ljbffr
