Head of E-Commerce (m/f/d)

<div><h3>Our client:</h3><p>Our client are currently hiring for a Head of Ecommerce to join their team in KSA.</p><h3>Your Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute the company’s e-commerce strategy to support growth and omnichannel integration.</li><li>Build and manage the online sales platform, including user experience and digital marketing.</li><li>Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and data-driven customer engagement.</li><li>Oversee product assortment, pricing, and promotions across the digital channel as well as in coordination with brick-and-mortar branches.</li><li>Manage KPIs to drive revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.</li></ul><h3>Your Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>7+ years of e-commerce leadership experience, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer retail.</li><li>Proven track record in scaling online operations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance metrics.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li></ul><h3>Halian Group:</h3><p>With over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
