About our clientOur client is a leading diversified investment group in the GCC with a long operating history and a significant footprint across sectors such as consumer, healthcare, real estate, industrials, and broader strategic investments.Headquartered in the UAE, the group is entering an expansion phase and is seeking a senior corporate development professional to drive M&A activity, strategic growth initiatives and new sector entry at the group level.What the job involvesThis is a senior mandate reporting directly to the Group CEO. You will lead deal origination, market mapping, and execution across priority sectors, including healthcare, consumer, and real estate, while identifying new areas for expansion.Lead end-to-end M&A execution, including sourcing, valuation, diligence, negotiation and transaction structuringBuild and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities across the GCCDevelop investment theses and strategic recommendations for the CEO and BoardAct as the senior internal point for all corporate development activity, coordinating with Strategy, PMO, and portfolio teamsLiaise with external advisors, banks, consultants and counterpartiesRepresent the Group in meetings with senior stakeholders, including potential partners and the family principalsWho we are looking forSignificant investment banking experience whilst based in the UAEStrong regional experience in the GCC with a well-developed network of corporate, advisory, and investor relationshipsTrack record leading complex transactions independentlyStrategic thinker with the ability to identify new sectors and build theses from the ground upConfident communicator able to engage with C‑suite leadership and family principalsCandidates must already be based in or have long-term experience in the Middle East, including the UAE#J-18808-Ljbffr
