If you’re driven to redefine what global banking can be, we’d love to build the future with you.About The RoleWe’re building a global wealth platform spanning multiple products and jurisdictions and we’re looking for a Head of Compliance (Wealth) to own and scale the compliance function across this ecosystem. Over the next few years, this will include digital gold across markets, broking and clearing entities in India and GIFT City, distribution of US equities and global mutual funds, digital assets investing platforms, and alternative investment products. This role is about building compliance from the ground up: defining frameworks, securing licenses, and ensuring that every product and market we enter is fully compliant while still moving at speed. You’ll be expected to operate hands‑on, write and review policies yourself, and build a lean, high‑quality compliance team that uses technology to scale effectively.Location: Dubai || In OfficeWhat You’ll OwnGlobal Wealth Compliance Framework: Design and implement compliance frameworks across all wealth businesses including digital gold, broking, distribution, and crypto products.Licensing & Regulatory Setup: Lead and manage license applications across jurisdictions (India, GIFT City, US, UK, and others), ensuring timely approvals and regulatory alignment.Regulatory Compliance & Governance: Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations across products and markets, including audits, reporting, and internal controls.Product & Market Expansion Support: Work closely with product and business teams to ensure new products, partnerships, and geographies are built with compliance embedded from the start.Operational Execution: Own documentation, policy writing, reviews, and day‑to‑day compliance operations across the group.Audit & Risk Management: Oversee audits, manage regulatory interactions, and ensure all processes are defensible and well‑documented.Technology & Efficiency: Build a compliance function that leverages technology to improve monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.What We Need5-10 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within financial servicesStrong experience in wealth products, broking, asset management, or investment platformsExperience working across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environmentsProven track record of setting up or scaling compliance functionsDeep understanding of licensing processes and regulatory requirements across marketsStrong ability to operate hands‑on while managing multiple prioritiesWho You AreYou are a builder who can design systems and execute them yourselfYou are comfortable working in a lean setup without large teams or layersYou balance regulatory rigor with business speed and practicalityYou have strong judgment and can make decisions in ambiguous environmentsYou communicate clearly and can work effectively with product, legal, and business teamsBonus PointsExperience in fintech or cross‑border financial servicesExposure to digital assets, or alternative investmentsExperience working with regulators in India, GIFT City, US, or UKFamiliarity with building tech‑enabled compliance systemsWhy Join UsBuild and own the compliance foundation for a global wealth platformWork across multiple financial products and international marketsPartner closely with leadership on high‑impact decisionsOperate in a high‑ownership environment where speed and accountability matterCompetitive compensation and meaningful ESOP participation aligned with long‑term growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
