DescriptionOn behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Compliance to join their Legal & Compliance department. This full-time, on-site position offers a pivotal role in ensuring that operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies within the dynamic financial services industry.As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance framework, developing policies, and ensuring that the organization meets all regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management to align compliance strategies with the company's objectives and to mitigate risks that could impact our business operations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policiesEnsure adherence to local and international regulationsConduct compliance audits and risk assessmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awarenessProvide training and guidance to employees on compliance mattersMonitor changes in regulations and update policies accordinglyReport compliance issues and provide recommendations to senior managementFoster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organizationRequirementsMaster's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in financial servicesStrong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practicesProven leadership and managerial skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in developing and conducting compliance training programsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
