About the job Head of Commissioning (W-1502-Q)QualificationsBachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering10 years experience in various project phases such as engineering, procurement, and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the oil and gas industry, including 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, precommissioning, commissioning and systems completion.Expert in engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.Experience in contract specification compliance requirements, including codes and standards.Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.Experience managing Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS).Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.Broad experience in the handover process from EPC Contractor to the Company Organization at Major Oil and Gas Project.Experience in start-up support to Operation.Strong leadership skills, with experience leading multi-discipline teams, EPC Contractors and working closely with operations and end-users.Familiar and conversant with systemization, system completion database, PCC procedures, including SIMOPS.Proven experience with commissioning of Process Licensed Units.Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Subcontractors and Vendors involved in the LNG industry.
