Head of Coffee — Quality + Training

The JobAs Head of Coffee – Quality + Training, you will define and lead the coffee standards across eatx’s brands. You will take ownership of quality, training and consistency across all locations, ensuring a clear and structured approach to how coffee is prepared, presented and experienced.Working closely with our operations teams, you will develop barista capability, refine processes and shape the long-term direction of the coffee program across the group.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the overall coffee standards across all locationsOwn the quality and consistency of coffee across all our branchesLead the development and structure of all barista training programsDrive new coffee initiatives, seasonal ideas, and product improvementsWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in specialty coffeeStrong understanding of coffee sourcing, extraction, and equipment across different setupsConfident managing multiple locations and working cross-functionallyHighly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistencyIf this feels like a fit, we would love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
