Job Description
Head of Business Development (UAE & KSA)Location: Dubai, UAE (with frequent travel to KSA)Reports To: Chief Executive OfficerOverviewThe Head of Business Development will lead and execute the company’s growth strategy across the UAE and KSA markets. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen, regional market insight, and proven experience in building partnerships and expanding market presence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive business development and market expansion strategy for the UAE and KSA.Build, manage, and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline to ensure sustainable long-term growth.Establish and strengthen relationships with senior government officials, regulators, developers, and corporate partners to enhance RMJM’s market position.Contribute to the preparation of business cases, proposals, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.Provide regular pipeline forecasts, performance reporting, and market intelligence updates to the CEO.Collaborate closely with marketing, design, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and delivery capability.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments, providing actionable insights to leadership.Represent RMJM at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms across the GCC.Identify and highlight companies in the UAE and KSA that require prequalification.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in a related technical or business administration field.Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in business development, commercial strategy, or sales leadership within the GCC.Experience within architecture, design, or built environment sectors is preferred.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing large-scale partnerships in the UAE and KSA.Strong understanding of regional business practices, legal frameworks, and cultural nuances.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluency in English and Arabic required.Personal AttributesStrategic thinker with a hands-on approach.Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented attitude.High integrity, cultural sensitivity, and executive presence.We thank all applicants for their interest.
