Head of BFSI

A BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) Head is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic leadership growth and profitability of a specific business unit within the organization. This role involves setting and executing the business units strategic objectives managing a team and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business unit strategy aligned with the organizations overall goals and objectives.Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the business unit including budgeting forecasting and achieving revenue and profit targets.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of managers and professionals fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the teams productivity and development.Product and Service Development: Oversee the development and enhancement of financial products and services offered by the business unit ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.Risk Management: Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational financial and compliance risks within the business unit.Compliance and Regulation: Ensure the business unit complies with all industry regulations policies and procedures and stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the BFSI sector.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders addressing their needs and concerns.Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats adjusting strategies accordingly.Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the business units performance regularly reporting to senior management.Technology Adoption: Stay current with technological advancements in the BFSI sector and assess their relevance to the business units operations.Qualifications : EducationBachelors degree in finance Business Administration or a related fieldMasters degree (Desired)Experience10 years in the BFSI sector with a track record of leadership and results Skills & AbilitiesIn-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practicesStrong understanding of financial markets products and servicesExcellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skillsProficiency in regulatory compliance and risk managementStrategic thinking and decision-making abilitiesLeadership and team management skillsAdditional Information : Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Marketing & Promotions,Attorney At Law,Jni,Airlines,Art Experience: years Vacancy: 1
