You will drive business growth, oversee P&L performance, and ensure excellence across all APM operations while leading high‑performing teams across multiple geographies.</p><h3>⚙️ Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead APM strategy, business growth, and profitability</li><li>Oversee<b>full P&L responsibility</b>and financial performance</li><li>Drive<b>bidding strategies and techno-commercial evaluations</b></li><li>Manage<b>joint ventures and key client relationships</b></li><li>Implement<b>digital transformation (AI/ML, APM tools, analytics)</b></li><li>Ensure operational excellence across O&M and reliability frameworks</li><li>Strengthen project delivery, governance, and risk management</li><li>Build and develop high‑performing teams</li></ul><h3>🎯What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>🎓Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred)</li><li>📜Certifications like IAM, CRE, or CMRP are highly desirable</li><li>🛢20+ years in Oil&Gas, including<b>5–7 years in leadership roles</b></li><li>Strong experience in<b>O&M, APM, reliability engineering (RCM, RBI, FMEA)</b></li><li>Proven track record in managing<b>large portfolios&long-term contracts</b></li><li>Expertise in<b>P&L management, bidding, and stakeholder engagement</b></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
