We are looking for a dynamic Head of APM to lead and transform our Asset Performance Management segment.About the RoleAs the Head of APM, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the segment. You will drive business growth, oversee P&L performance, and ensure excellence across all APM operations while leading high‑performing teams across multiple geographies.⚙️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead APM strategy, business growth, and profitabilityOversee full P&L responsibility and financial performanceDrive bidding strategies and techno-commercial evaluationsManage joint ventures and key client relationshipsImplement digital transformation (AI/ML, APM tools, analytics)Ensure operational excellence across O&M and reliability frameworksStrengthen project delivery, governance, and risk managementBuild and develop high‑performing teamsWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial preferred)Certifications like IAM, CRE, or CMRP are highly desirable
