Head of Affiliates

<div><ul><li>Remote</li><li>Permanent or Full-time Contractor</li><li>Competitive package</li></ul><p>Meta Hire Group is working with a leading Crypto Casino and Sports Betting brand who are looking for a Head of Affiliates to be a part of building the affiliate programme from zero. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will have total autonomy over deal frameworks, team hiring, and strategy. It’s a role for someone who already knows what a market‑leading programme looks like and simply wants the environment to build it properly.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Building the affiliate programme from zero, deal framework, CPA benchmarks, platform, tracking, reporting, and partner pipeline operational before the first Affiliate Manager joins.</li><li>Personally owning the top 10–15 partner relationships, sourcing, negotiating, activating, and growing the most commercially significant affiliates on the programme.</li><li>Setting the commercial and channel strategy defining where to play, how to structure deals, and how to make the programme every serious affiliate wants to be on.</li><li>Hiring and leading the affiliate team: Affiliate Manager and Strategy&Ops Manager in Phase 1, with headcount added only when the programme proves it needs it.</li><li>Owning the numbers: Active users and revenue targets, tracked weekly, with full accountability for hitting them.</li><li>Building the brand: conferences, community presence, and a reputation for fast payments and real data; making the brand known in the affiliate world for the right reasons.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years in affiliate or partnerships at a gaming or crypto operator, operator-side only, not agency or network.</li><li>Has owned a revenue or acquisition target and is personally accountable for hitting it.</li><li>Has structured and negotiated CPA, rev share, and hybrid deals independently, not just executed within someone else's framework.</li><li>Has hired and led a team, this is a people leader role from day one.</li><li>Understands multiple affiliate channels and can model a deal before signing it.</li><li>Industry presence, attends the major conferences and has a partner network they can activate from week one.</li></ul><h3>About Meta Hire Group</h3><p>Born in UAE Operating Globally.
