Join us in shaping the future of the next generation of leaders.Role ResponsibilitiesSupport academic strategy through high-quality implementation and continuous improvement of teaching and learning.Promote global pedagogical approaches such as inquiry-based learning, project-based learning (PBL), conceptual learning, and differentiation.Lead academic accreditation processes (Cambridge, Cognia, MoE inspections).Oversee implementation of Cambridge Curriculum, National Curriculum, STEM programs, and Values & Emotional Intelligence curriculum.Ensure vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment.Approve curriculum maps, pacing guides, and unit planners.Lead instructional innovation and cross-curricular integration.Conduct classroom observations and instructional coaching.Support development of teaching standards and best practices.Provide pedagogical guidance to coordinators and teachers.Ensure effective classroom strategies including differentiation, assessment for learning, feedback, and behavior management.Oversee internal and external assessments (MAP, NGRT/NGST, Cambridge Checkpoint, Ministry exams).Ensure data-driven instruction and improvement planning.Monitor academic KPIs and report to the School Principal.Plan and deliver professional development aligned with teaching needs.Develop annual PD programs including Cambridge pedagogy, PBL, STEM, assessment, and classroom management.Oversee support systems for all student levels.Monitor student progress and lead improvement strategies.Ensure a positive learning environment supporting wellbeing and discipline.Lead academic meetings and supervise academic teams.Ensure compliance with MoE regulations.Support recruitment and appraisal of teaching staff.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education or related field.Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent.5–7 years teaching experience and 5–8 years leadership experience.Strong knowledge of Cambridge Curriculum, National Curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.Strong leadership and communication skills.PreferredPhD in Educational Leadership or Curriculum & Instruction.Cambridge PDQ, CELT, or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
