Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse to lead and enhance patient care at our fast-paced, efficiency-driven, and customer-focused medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing nursing operations, improving staff performance, and ensuring a superior patient experience through effective leadership and adherence to best clinical practices.This role requires a proactive nursing leader who is committed to fostering a high-performing, compassionate, and innovative nursing team that aligns with our center’s focus on speed, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.Role DescriptionSupervise and coordinate nursing activities.Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.Provide training and support to nursing staff.Manage patient care and clinical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor nurses to deliver fast, compassionate care and enhance patient experience.Foster a culture of responsiveness and personalized communication.Ensure staff training emphasizes customer care and empathy.Optimizing Patient Experience & CareOversee efficient, high-quality nursing services that reduce wait times.Implement patient feedback systems to drive continuous improvement.Enhance communication and comfort measures for a stress-free experience.Operational ExcellenceStreamline nursing workflows to minimize delays.Ensure seamless coordination between departments for a hassle-free patient journey.Maintain proper documentation and ensure equipment availability.Innovation & Service EnhancementIntroduce new nursing practices to improve patient comfort.Train staff in customer service and proactive care.Leverage technology for efficient service and patient updates.Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure all care meets regulatory standards while prioritizing patient needs.Conduct quality audits to refine patient experience.Update policies to align with customer expectations.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus).Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license as a Registered Nurse (RN).Minimum 5+ years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Head Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or similar).ExperienceProven experience in a senior nursing role, preferably as a Head Nurse or Nurse Supervisor.Extensive background in patient care management with a focus on speed, efficiency, and service excellence.Experience leading nursing teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Track record of implementing customer service initiatives in patient care.Familiarity with healthcare technology, digital records, and automated workflows.SkillsPatient-Centered Care: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.Leadership & Team Management: Ability to train, mentor, and supervise nursing staff for efficient operations.Operational Efficiency: Expertise in streamlining workflows to reduce wait times and improve care delivery.Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for effective coordination with patients, staff, and management.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Quick, data-driven decision-making to enhance patient experience and safety.LanguageFluency in Arabic & EnglishNationalityPreferred Nationalities: Candidates from South America or South Africa.#J-18808-Ljbffr
