Justlife is rocking the region with its beautifully designed for all home services app and looking for brilliant minds and skilled professionals who can think outside the box and have a limit that defies the sky.Do you envision shaping the future of all home services in one of the fast-growing tech startups based in Dubai?Come onboard and dedicate yourself to becoming #everydaybetter!Take over a key role as a Head Housekeeping Trainer in the Fulfillment - Quality department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.What we expect from youLead, coach, and develop a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers, setting clear goals and tracking performanceDesign and enhance training programs covering housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safetyProvide hands‑on coaching and support through on‑site training and regular performance reviewsConduct quality checks to ensure service partners follow hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standardsAnalyze training data and feedback to improve content, delivery, and outcomesStandardize reporting and documentation across all training activitiesCollaborate with Quality, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development teams to identify skill gaps and drive improvementsPromote a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the trainer teamWhat we are looking for5–7 years of experience in housekeeping training, hotel housekeeping, or a related leadership roleProven experience leading training teams or large-scale training programsSolid knowledge of housekeeping standards, tools, and cleaning methodologiesStrong coaching, communication, and presentation skills in English (Hindi, Nepali, or Tagalog is a plus)Ability to analyze data, measure outcomes, and turn insights into actionOrganized, proactive, and able to perform in a fast‑paced environmentBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Training & Development, or a related field (preferred)Perks of being a part of JustlifeNothing would replace the start‑up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
