This full-time position presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic financial planning, drive digital transformation in finance, and coordinate operations across multiple international markets.RequirementsCoordinate day-to-day operations of the finance and economics departmentOptimize and standardize accounting and reporting methodologiesStreamline business processes and strengthen collaboration with other departmentsDevelop policies and procedures for core financial functionsMaintain and improve internal control systemsPrepare consolidated financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)Develop forecasts and budgets for financial planning (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)Conduct financial analysis: monitoring KPICreate presentations for internal and external stakeholdersParticipate in automation and finance digitalization initiativesSupport alignment between management and statutory accounting practicesMinimum 6 years of experience in a similar finance leadership positionProven ability in managing finance projects and cross-functional teamsExperience working with international companies and foreign bank accountsAdvanced command of English.
