Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five‑star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Head Butler to join the resort’s Villa Services team.Guest Experience & Service ExcellenceDeliver warm, discreet, Forbes‑level service to all VIP guests.Welcome guests, assist with packing/unpacking, and provide suite orientations.Manage guest preferences, service timings, and special requests.Handle reservations, transportation, and personalized arrangements.Oversee In‑Room Dining accuracy, timing, and presentation.Ensure smooth, organized guest departures.Operations & Suite ReadinessEnsure VIP suites and Villa Service areas are fully prepared to luxury standards.Conduct daily suite checks and report issues promptly.Maintain organized, well‑stocked pantries and stations.Complete shift reports and communicate follow‑ups to management.Lead and mentor Butlers to maintain consistent service excellence.Provide on‑the‑job training and correct deviations from standards.Support scheduling, task allocation, and team performance.Team LeadershipLead and mentor Butlers to maintain consistent service excellence.Provide on‑the‑job training and correct deviations from standards.Support scheduling, task allocation, and team performance.Uphold grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct across the team.Coordination & CommunicationWork closely with Guest Services and all departments to fulfill guest needs.Share guest insights to improve operations and service quality.Participate in meetings, briefings, and required training.Professionalism, Safety & ComplianceMaintain confidentiality, discretion, and adherence to company policies.Support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.About YouMinimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience.Minimum 4 years of butler service experience within a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.Formal butler training or certification preferred.Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.Exceptional grooming, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
