Head Baker

We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Baker to join our team :-Manage and supervise the daily operations of the bakery departmentDevelop and implement new recipes considering local taste preferences and international baking trendsEnsure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards throughout the baking processTrain and mentor junior bakers fostering a culture of excellence and creativityOversee inventory management including ordering supplies and minimizing wasteCollaborate with other departments to meet production goals and maintain product qualityImplement and maintain quality control measures for all baked goodsStay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into our baking processesQualifications : Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a baker with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory roleAssociates degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts; Advanced knowledge of baking techniques recipe development and food scienceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesCertification from a recognized culinary institution (e.g. American Culinary Federation) is a plusDemonstrated ability to adapt to changing consumer trends and dietary requirementsAdditional Information : Our team and working environment:Opportunities to make your mark.
