Job Description As the Head Analytics and Data Strategy (Manufacturing) at UltraTech, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include: Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify key priorities and develop data-driven solutions that influence future strategies based on insights. Collaborating with businesses to create an analytical roadmap, implement relevant solutions, measure benefits, and drive change management to embed analytics within the organization's culture. Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in Data Science (ML/AI) and leading the development of innovative solutions that drive business transformation and financial impact. Driving the adoption of analytical solutions across business lines through various learning interventions such as workshops, forums, and training sessions. Exploring and establishing collaborations with internal data science teams and external partners to enhance delivery effectiveness. Coaching new team leads, supporting their development, and driving the digital training program to foster a data-driven culture across UltraTech.
