OverviewMaintenance Assistant/Handyman – We are currently hiring a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman to join our team in Sharjah. As a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to general maintenance and repairs in our facilities. This includes but is not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position does not include accommodation and is suitable for Pakistani nationals who are proficient in English and looking for part-time work while studying.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work.Inspect facilities and identify any issues or needed repairs.Communicate with the supervisor on the status of repairs and maintenance tasks.Keep accurate records of maintenance performed.Assist with inventory management of maintenance supplies.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work preferred.Proficient in English with good communication skills.Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and instructions.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.Working hours: Part-time position with flexible working hours.Salary: 1800$ per month.Location: Sharjah (candidates must have their own transportation).*Note: This position is suitable for Pakistani nationals who are fluent in English and do not require accommodation.
