As a part-time Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in our facilities.Responsibilities:- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs- Inspect equipment and tools for any damages or malfunctions- Perform necessary repairs or replacements to ensure proper functioning- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies- Communicate with the management team regarding any issues or concerns- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentRequirements:- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role- Good knowledge of various repair techniques and equipment handling- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Time management skills to complete tasks within given deadlines- Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasksSalary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)This is an excellent opportunity for foreigners looking for part-time work in Ajman.
