OverviewHandyman - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAEWe are looking for a reliable, experienced Handyman to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Handyman and must possess an own visa. Candidates with no English language skills are welcome to apply. This is a full-time job that requires the ability to complete all types of repair and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent communication skills.ResponsibilitiesPerform basic repairs such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical workInspect buildings and equipment for safety hazards and malfunctionsTroubleshoot issues using tools such as meters and diagnostic equipmentRespond quickly to emergency situationsAssist in the relocation of furniture and other items within the facilityMaintain accurate records of repairs made and materials usedEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and safety standardsRequirementsProven experience as a Handyman or similar role in UAEOwn visa is preferred but not mandatoryKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesAbility to handle manual labor tasks for extended periods of timeExcellent communication skillsPreferred Nationality: Indian#J-18808-Ljbffr
