Experienced Handyman for Property MaintenanceWe are a property management company based in Al-Khor seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needsPerform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentryRespond promptly to repair requests from tenants and address any issues in a timely mannerKeep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on propertiesEnsure all safety standards are followed while completing tasksCoordinate with contractors when necessary for larger repairs or projectsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Handyman or in a similar roleExcellent knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentryAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and ability to interact with tenants and contractors professionallyPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if neededValid driver's license preferred but not requiredSalaryStarting salary of $1200/month with potential for growth based on performance.AccommodationWe provide accommodation for our employees.PreferencePreference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
