Handyman in Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will perform various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties, requiring attention to detail, time management, and independence.ResponsibilitiesConduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance or repair needs.Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.Repair or replace broken fixtures such as toilets, sinks, cabinets, and doors.Install new appliances or fixtures as needed.Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and concerns.Follow health and safety regulations at all times.RequirementsProven experience as a Handyman or similar role.Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques.Ability to read blueprints and manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills.Effective time management and prioritization skills.Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects.Salary and BenefitsThe position offers a monthly salary of $1000, with accommodation provided.
