Handyman for Residential Property in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAEWe are currently seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and improve residential properties. This job is suitable for male candidates who have experience in maintenance work and are able to work with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry- Inspect properties regularly and identify any issues or repairs needed- Troubleshoot and resolve any maintenance problems that arise- Keep the property clean and presentable at all times- Communicate with tenants to address any concerns or issues they may have regarding the property- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for repairsRequirements:- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Handyman or in a similar role- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry- Ability to work with minimal supervision- Good communication skills- Must have own visa and accommodations (preferably Indian nationality)- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessaryWe offer competitive salary packages and a supportive working environment.
