<div><p>This is a<strong>high-impact, hands-on engineering role</strong>focused on designing and deploying systems that operate in demanding real-world environments. You will work on structural platforms, energy systems, and automated handling infrastructure — from concept to production.</p><h3><span><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h3><ul><li>Design mechanical systems including structural assemblies, battery enclosures, docking systems, and handling mechanisms</li><li>Translate evolving requirements into robust, production-ready designs</li><li>Perform advanced simulations (FEA, fatigue, vibration, thermal analysis)</li><li>Produce detailed engineering drawings, tolerances, and fabrication specifications</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (battery, manufacturing, vehicle systems)</li><li>Lead failure analysis and iterate designs based on real-world performance data</li><li>Optimize designs for manufacturability, durability, and efficiency</li></ul><h3><span><strong>What You Bring</strong></span></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical design (automotive, aerospace, robotics, or industrial systems)</li><li>Strong expertise in:<ul><li>Finite Element Analysis (FEA)</li><li>Structural and thermal analysis</li><li>Parametric CAD (SolidWorks, Solid Edge, etc.)</li></ul></li><li>Ability to design under complex and evolving constraints</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking</li></ul><h3><span><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></h3><ul><li>Experience with electric vehicles or energy systems</li><li>Knowledge of vibration, sealing systems, or structural dynamics</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments</li></ul><h3><span><strong>Compensation</strong></span></h3><ul><li>KES 70,000 – 150,000/month (negotiable)</li></ul><h3><span><strong>Why This Role</strong></span></h3><ul><li>Work on real-world engineering challenges</li><li>Build systems from concept to deployment</li><li>High ownership and fast-paced environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow in advanced mechanical systems</li></ul><h3><span><strong>How to Apply</strong></span></h3><p>Apply via our platform:<a href="#">Click here to Apply</a></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
