The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and increasing sales within the designated territory. You will work directly with salons, beauty shops, and retailers, promoting and selling our high-quality hair care products.Key Responsibilities:Actively seek out and engage with potential clients within your assigned territory.Present, promote, and sell hair care products to salons, beauty shops, and retail stores.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product features and benefits.Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.Track sales and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.Qualifications:Valid UAE Driving LicenseFluent in Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both spoken and written forms.Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the beauty or hair care industry.Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work independently and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.Knowledge of hair care products and the beauty industry is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
