Hair Assistant

<div><p>As a<b>Hair Assistant</b>at WOW Salon, you will support our stylists and ensure a smooth, clean, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hair care, eager to learn, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare and sanitize stations before and after each client.</li><li>Welcome clients and offer refreshments to ensure a pleasant experience.</li><li>Shampoo, condition, and rinse clients' hair.</li><li>Assist stylists during coloring, treatments, and chemical services.</li><li>Blow-dry or rough-dry hair under stylist supervision.</li><li>Mix colors and treatments as instructed by the stylist.</li><li>Keep tools, brushes, and equipment clean and sanitized.</li><li>Maintain towel stock (washing, drying, folding).</li><li>Support with retail product display and restocking.</li><li>Sweep floors and keep the salon area clean at all times.</li><li>Assist with applying treatments such as masks, oils, or serums.</li><li>Escort clients to the washbasin and back to the chair.</li><li>Observe stylists' techniques as part of ongoing learning.</li><li>Handle small errands (fetching products, tools, etc.).</li><li>Ensure client comfort during services (magazines, cushions, blankets).</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>Passion for hair and beauty industry.</li><li>Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.</li><li>Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow within the salon.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
