Gynecology Oncology Assistant Consultant - RiyadhJOB INFORMATIONJob Title: Gynecology Oncology Assistant ConsultantDepartment: Gynecology OncologySHORT DESCRIPTIONAn Excellent opportunity to join as Gynecology Oncology Assistant Consultant for one of the most prestigious and top tier leading Hospital in Riyadh Saudi ArabiaJOB SUMMARY:Provide specialized care in gynecologic oncology, managing complex cases in women's reproductive cancers including ovarian, cervical, endometrial, and other malignancies. Focus on diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical interventions, chemotherapy coordination, and multidisciplinary patient management within a leading Riyadh hospital.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrate advanced clinical skills in the specialized field.Manage complex medical cases independently.Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.Engage in clinical research activities.Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.Participate in quality improvement initiatives.Implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.Assume leadership responsibilities within the medical department.Contribute to decision-making processes related to patient care and departmental policies.Pursue continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in the medical field.Attend conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.Advocate for patient rights and welfare.Ensure a patient-centered approach in medical care.Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.Lead and participate in emergency medical responses.Provide expertise in critical and urgent medical situations.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Graduate from a medical school of good standing.Completion of required period of training in specialty and/or Subspecialty (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese) Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent, fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required.A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must.Professional Experience:From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification.A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.Language:Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.References:Positive professional references attesting to the candidate's skills and ethical conduct.#J-18808-Ljbffr
