Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Center Supervisor to lead our team in Dubai UAE. You will ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse international clientele by:Supervising and motivating the guest service center team to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiencyManaging daily operations including guest arrivals reservations and special requestsServing as a key ambassador for our hotel providing information and resolving complex guest inquiriesEnsuring compliance with brand standards and Front Office proceduresCollaborating with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfactionConducting team meetings and training sessions to improve performanceAnalyzing guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experienceQualificationsProven supervisory experience in hospitality preferably in front office operationsStrong leadership skills with exceptional customer service orientationExcellent communication skills in English; additional languages beneficialProficiency in Front Office Systems and hotel management softwareProblem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressureIn-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practicesCultural sensitivity with an understanding of UAE customs and etiquetteDegree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
