Job Description

Purpose and Scope of Position (Main Objectives):To deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all members and visitors. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, supporting daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience across the club facilities.Key Responsibilities / Duties:Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high standard of customer service at all times.Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the club facilities and services.Handle check-ins, bookings, and reservations as required.Ensure all guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Coordinate with different departments (golf operations, F&B, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.Support events, tournaments, and daily club activities as needed.Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and elevate when required.Maintain knowledge of club services, promotions, and events to assist guests effectively.Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, or transportation arrangements if required.Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and service protocols.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Skills & Requirements:Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in golf clubs, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments.Basic knowledge of golf operations is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
