As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure.**Responsibilities:**- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences- Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with hotel policies- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area**Requirements:**- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus- Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAEIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and possess the above qualifications, we invite you to join our team.
