Guest Relation Officer

We are looking for a highly personable and serviceoriented Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to join our team at a luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact for our guests ensuring their experience is seamless personalized and memorable from arrival to departure.Key Responsibilities:Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visitManage guest inquiries special requests and complaints promptly and professionallyMaintain uptodate knowledge of restaurant offerings events and menu detailsBuild and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visitsCoordinate with the hostess service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flowMonitor guest feedback and work with management to improve service qualityKeep accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future referenceAssist in managing VIP guests and handling highprofile clientele with discretionRequirementsRequirements:Previous experience in guest relations or frontofhouse roles in a luxury hospitality settingExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsWellpresented confident and professional demeanorAbility to multitask and remain calm under pressureFluent in English; additional language(s) a plusKnowledge of reservation or CRM systems preferredStrong attention to detail and a proactive attitude Key Skills Bricklayer,IT Hardware,Advertisement,ABAP,Geography Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 8000 - 9000
