Guest Relation Agent (Russian Speaker)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Relation Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front office team you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations from check-in to check-out.Greet and welcome guests with a warm professional demeanor serving as their primary point of contact throughout their stayEfficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures ensuring accuracy and attention to detailHandle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and courteously demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skillsProvide comprehensive information about hotel facilities services and local attractions in Abu DhabiCoordinate special guest requests including room preferences special occasions and amenitiesCollaborate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping maintenance food and beverage) to ensure guest satisfactionMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies promotions and room availabilityRecord and analyze guest feedback to contribute to improving overall guest satisfaction scoresAnticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance going above and beyond to exceed expectationsPromote hotel services facilities and upgrades when appropriate enhancing the guest experienceEnsure compliance with UAE hospitality standards and regulationsQualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferably in hospitality or front officeFluency in Russian and English; additional language skills are highly valuedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanorProficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressureStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailIn-depth knowledge of local attractions and cultural norms in Abu DhabiFamiliarity with UAE hospitality standards and regulationsFlexibility to work shifts weekends and holidays as requiredCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environmentProfessional appearance and demeanor reflecting the hotels high standardsAdditional Information : Your team and working environment:Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is a unique resort; where exclusivity and luxury define every experience every time.
