Job Description

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office Leadership Team you will ensure smooth operations and the highest level of guest satisfaction in our dynamic hospitality environment.Oversee daily front office operations including check-ins check-outs and guest inquiriesEnsure exceptional guest experiences by implementing and maintaining high service standardsCoordinate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptlyManage and train front office staff identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plansMonitor and optimize front office performance metrics and guest satisfaction scoresHandle VIP guests and special requests with utmost care and attention to detailManage room allocations and group arrivals to ensure smooth check-in processesOversee the preparation and distribution of daily reports and guest informationImplement and maintain standard operating procedures for the front officeAssist in budgeting and financial management including upselling initiativesEnsure compliance with safety and security protocolsParticipate in emergency response and first aid situations as neededQualifications :Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory position preferably in the hospitality industryBachelors degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusStrong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersProficiency in front office systems such as Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office suiteSolid knowledge of front office procedures and hospitality best practicesExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiencesFlexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidaysDemonstrated ability to make quick sound decisions in challenging situationsFamiliarity with local culture and customs in Phnom Penh Cambodia is a plusRemote Work :NoEmployment Type :Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
