Sommelier

OverviewSommelier – Dubai. Salary: AED 1200/month. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers from around the world. The Sommelier should also have excellent customer service skills and be able to recommend the perfect beverage to match any meal.ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers on wine selections and make recommendations based on their individual tastes.Educate customers on the different types of wines, spirits, and beers available.Maintain an inventory of all wines, spirits, and beers stocked in the restaurant.Serve drinks to customers in accordance with restaurant standards.Create wine lists with an emphasis on quality vintages.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regarding the sale of alcohol.Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to management as needed.Train new staff members on proper wine service techniques.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field preferred but not required.2+ years of experience as a sommelier in a fine dining restaurant setting required.Knowledge of international wines, spirits, and craft beer styles required.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team required.Excellent verbal communication skills required.Additional RequirementsForeigner applicants welcome to apply!#J-18808-Ljbffr
