A Guest Experience Agent for Food & Drinks is responsible for seating guests and managing table set-ups to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.What will I be doingAs a Guest Experience Agent for Food & Drinks you are responsible for seating guests and managing table set-ups to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience. A Hostess ost will also be required to work in all areas of Food and Beverage and strive to achieve departmental targets. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Welcome guests in a polite and friendly mannerCoordinate seating for customersUp-sell with latest departmental incentivesManage table set-upsAble to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar Restaurant Room Service and Conference and EventsFollow cash handling proceduresManage guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure compliance of brand standardsStrive to achieve departmental targetsEnsure cleanliness of work areasComply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislationComply with local licensing lawsBe environmentally awareAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationshipsWhat are we looking forA Guest Experience Agent for Food & Drinks serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
