Job Description

Job Description As a Senior Associate on the Go-to-Market (GTM) Activation team within the GTM Operations function at Grant Thornton INDUS, you will support the execution of GTM initiatives to prioritize, engage, and grow client relationships effectively. Reporting to the GTM Activation Manager, you will assist in implementing new tools, processes, and operational enhancements to equip Sales and Marketing teams for successful adoption. Your responsibilities may include: - Supporting the implementation of account tiering strategies to focus on high-potential accounts - Assisting in rolling out GTM process improvements like sales crediting updates and role clarity - Maintaining and enhancing GTM playbooks, tools, and activation guides - Coordinating with enablement and analytics teams for the launch of new GTM dashboards and tools - Executing target account planning processes and templates - Documenting and sharing GTM role responsibilities to ensure team clarity - Coordinating training and communications for new GTM tools and initiatives - Conducting change impact assessments and collecting stakeholder feedback for activation plans - Drafting internal communications and presentations to drive awareness and engagement - Collaborating with onshore and offshore teams for progress tracking and alignment - Capturing feedback and lessons learned for continuous improvement Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3-6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, change management, sales enablement, or marketing operations in a B2B or professional services setting - Exposure to GTM or commercial strategy initiatives with an interest in operational execution - Strong coordination, organization, and project tracking skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Comfort working with cross-functional teams and handling ambiguity - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with change management concepts (certification preferred but not required) - Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams - Willingness to travel as needed At Grant Thornton INDUS, you will be part of a collaborative and quality-focused environment that supports the firm's purpose of making business personal and building trust into every interaction.
