Growth Specialist

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to accelerate how we grow—identifying opportunities, testing ideas quickly, and converting insights into scalable growth initiatives that move the business forward. You’ll work across the full merchant lifecycle — from acquisition and activation to engagement and retention — partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations.Key Responsibilities:Execute growth strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention in support of broader growth and revenue objectives.Translate hypotheses into structured experiments and scalable growth initiatives.Build and maintain dashboards/recurring reports for core growth metrics.Analyze and understand performance drivers and surface areas for improvement.Conduct in‑depth market research by analyzing market trends to surface untapped revenue opportunities and areas for optimization.Job Requirements:3–5+ years of experience in growth or analytics‑focused roles, ideally in fintech, payments, or high‑growth SaaS environments.A hands‑on problem solver who thrives in environments where processes are still being defined.Strong analytical mind and numerical skills with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
