We work with fast-growing startups and scaleups, partnering closely with founders, executives, and investors to support international growth.</p><p>We are backed by world class regional&international investors: 212VC, BECO Capital, Wamda Capital, Khawarizmi VC, Wealth Well and Plug&Play.</p><p>We\'re looking for a Growth Product Manager to own SEO and Paid Landing Pages end-to-end - from strategy and ICP definition to experimentation, optimization, and revenue impact.</p><p>This role sits at the intersection of SEO, CRO, paid acquisition, content, brand, and product thinking. You will transform traffic into qualified pipeline by building scalable SEO foundations, optimizing high-intent landing pages, and launching ICP-driven experiences aligned with search intent and enterprise buying journeys.</p><p><b>This is a highly hands-on role for someone who:</b></p><ul><li>Thinks in hypotheses and experiments</li><li>Understands complex B2B funnels (especially enterprise)</li><li>Cares about revenue, not vanity metrics</li><li>Can turn insight into shipped improvements quickly</li></ul><p><b>The Role:</b></p><ul><li><b>Strategy&Ownership:</b>Own SEO and Paid Landing Pages end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, structure, UX, and conversion flows.</li><li><b>Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):</b>Continuously improve CVR through structured experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests) across messaging, layouts, CTAs, forms, and flows.</li><li><b>SEO Excellence:</b>Lead on-page SEO strategy, including auditing and improving internal linking, metadata, schema, and content intent. Partner with Content and Engineering for scalable implementation.</li><li><b>ICP-Driven Approach:</b>Define and launch new pages based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), addressing enterprise-specific needs, and aligning with search intent, funnel stage, and buying committee personas.</li><li><b>Data&Analytics:</b>Identify friction and drop-offs using quantitative analytics tools like<b>GA4</b>and<b>Hotjar</b>, and qualitative user insights. Prioritize pages and experiments based on revenue potential and pipeline impact.</li><li><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</b>Partner with Paid Media to maximize Quality Score and post-click conversion, and work with Engineering, Design, SEO, Content, and Data teams.</li></ul><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>6-8+ years in Product, Growth, or Conversion roles in B2B environments</li><li>Proven experience owning SEO-driven acquisition and Paid Landing Pages</li><li>Demonstrated success improving conversion rates, demo requests, pipeline, and revenue</li><li>Strong experience optimizing websites and landing pages for enterprise clients, understanding long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys</li><li>Experience in HR Tech or B2B SaaS is a strong plus</li><li>Thinks in problems, hypotheses, experiments, and measurable outcomes</li><li>Deep understanding of full-funnel B2B acquisition</li><li>Balances user value with business objectives</li><li>Highly ownership-driven and execution-oriented</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Data</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>On-page SEO fundamentals</li><li>Technical SEO basics</li><li>Search intent mapping</li><li>Internal linking strategy</li><li>Strong CRO and experimentation expertise.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:<ul><li>Google Analytics (GA4)</li><li>Hubspot Dashboards&Reports</li><li>Hotjar (or similar tools)</li><li>SEMrush / Ahrefs</li><li>A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, etc.)</li></ul></li><li>Comfortable collaborating with Engineering (HTML/CSS understanding required)</li><li>Strong prioritization skills based on impact and effort.</li></ul><p><b>Benefits</b></p><ul><li>Private Health Insurance.</li><li>Remote work.</li><li>Performance Bonus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
