<div><p>We’re building a personal event management platform transforming how life’s most meaningful moments are planned and experienced in Saudi Arabia — starting with Riyadh.</p><p>We’re looking for a hands‑on Growth&Performance Marketing Manager to own full‑funnel growth across both supply (vendors) and demand (users), driving acquisition, traffic, engagement, and conversion as we prepare for launch.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and execution in a fast‑paced startup environment.</p><h3><b>What you’ll do</b></h3><p>You will be responsible for driving growth and marketing performance across key channels:</p><ul><li>Execute and continuously improve the marketing strategy based on data</li><li>Own pre‑launch and post‑launch growth roadmap, testing channels, messaging, and conversion funnels</li><li>Build and scale traffic channels (paid, organic, SEO, and content)</li><li>Manage paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Snap</li><li>Plan and execute influencer campaigns and partnerships</li><li>Develop and manage content that supports acquisition and engagement</li><li>Track and optimize KPIs (CAC, CPI, conversion, retention)</li><li>Support vendor acquisition with B2B marketing materials</li><li>Build and lead an agile ecosystem of creative partners and freelancers.</li></ul><h3><b>Who we’re looking for</b></h3><p>Someone who understands the Saudi market and can translate insights into measurable growth.</p><h3><b>Must‑have</b></h3><ul><li>5+ years of marketing or growth experience in Saudi Arabia</li><li>Experience growing a two‑sided marketplace, app, or platform business is highly preferred</li><li>Strong experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition.</li><li>Expertise in Mobile Attribution&Analytics with deep hands‑on experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava to track and optimize the full user journey and ROI.</li><li>Deep understanding of Saudi social fabric and consumer psychology in celebratory contexts.</li><li>Experience managing meaningful ad budgets (200K+ SAR)</li><li>Good understanding of SEO, content, and traffic generation</li><li>Data‑driven mindset (GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)</li><li>Strategic Marketing concepts mindset and value proposition management</li><li>Ability to pivot marketing tactics based on real‑time market feedback and soft‑launch data to ensure product‑market fit.</li><li>Resilient Learner, you view data as a compass; if a channel fails, you optimize and pivot within hours, not weeks.</li><li>Hands‑on and execution‑oriented</li></ul><h3><b>Nice to have</b></h3><ul><li>Startup experience is a plus</li><li>Events / wedding industry exposure</li><li>Influencer or agency management experience</li><li>Familiarity with BNPL or Saudi consumer behavior</li></ul><h3><b>Details</b></h3><ul><li>Based in Riyadh</li><li>Reporting to Founder</li><li>Pre‑launch phase (high impact, fast‑paced environment)</li><li>Package: Competitive salary + Aggressive performance‑based bonuses tied to growth milestones.</li><li>You’ll play a key role in shaping how a new platform grows — from early traction to scale.</li><li>You won't start from scratch — a comprehensive 200-page growth strategy, sales playbooks, and vendor acquisition framework are ready for activation.</li><li>Pre‑launch = your fingerprint on everything from Day 1</li><li>Significant financial rewards for hitting pre‑launch and post‑launch KPIs.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
