Oola. is a Qatar-born performance modestwear brand designed for women who move. We are currently stocked in 3 retail shops and expanding into studios, museums, and corporate partnerships. We are in a growth phase and looking for a commercially-minded operator who can directly drive revenue through retail expansion, partnerships, and corporate placements.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, hybrid contract role located in Qatar for a Growth & Partnerships Lead. The role involves identifying and fostering strategic partnerships to drive growth and expand brand presence. The selected individual drive revenue growth through:Strategic placementsThis role is revenue-focused. Success is measured by units placed and revenue generated.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, approach, and close new retail and distribution partnersDevelop relationships with studios, gyms, and wellness spacesStructure and negotiate commercial agreements (wholesale, consignment, revenue share)Generate corporate and institutional sales opportunitiesMaintain a structured pipeline and report weekly on progressSupport onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth executionQualifications2–5 years experience in sales, partnerships, retail expansion, or business developmentStrong local network in QatarSelf-driven and target-orientedComfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environmentExperience in fashion, sports, lifestyle, or retail is a strong advantage.CompensationCompetitive part-time base salary plus performance-based commission.Why Join oola.Be part of a growing Qatar-born brandDirect impact on revenue and expansionWork closely with the founderFlexible structure with strong upside potential
