Job Description As a Growth & Outreach Intern at Cosmofynd, you will play a crucial role in expanding our community of individuals seeking personal growth and self-awareness. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting outreach and engaging with relevant audiences on Instagram Initiating meaningful conversations with individuals interested in personal growth Responding to messages, comments, and community interactions Supporting the nurturing of Cosmofynd's online communities and conversations Identifying potential collaborators, partners, and aligned communities To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with: Strong written communication skills Comfort in initiating conversations with new people online Interest in personal growth, spirituality, or self-awareness Organized and proactive approach to managing outreach and follow-ups Enjoyment in interacting with people and building genuine connections If you have experience in managing Instagram communities, a basic understanding of audience engagement or growth strategies, or an interest in conscious entrepreneurship or the wellness space, it would be a bonus.
