Growth Marketing Manager

We are hiring a foundational Growth Marketing Manager to work across our venture studio and portfolio companies. This person will support ventures from early validation through go to market and early scale.This is not a performance marketing role. This role is for a strong generalist who knows how to validate startups, create demand from zero and help founders design credible go to market strategies especially for hard to validate businesses.What You Will DoLead growth driven validation for new venture ideas including demand testing for complex or non obvious markets.Design and run creative experiments to generate real market signal.Work with founders to define positioning, ideal customer profiles, pricing, and go to market motion.Execute hands‑on growth activities including landing pages, outreach partnerships, and early campaigns.Support portfolio companies post launch as a growth partner to founders and early GTM hires.Help build repeatable growth and validation playbooks for the studio.What We Are Looking ForSix to ten plus years of experience in growth, early go to market or venture‑backed startups.Strong marketing foundation with a generalist problem‑solving mindset.Experience working directly with founders in early‑stage ambiguous environments.Comfortable validating enterprise, regulated, or operationally complex products.Able to move from strategy to execution without relying on large teams or budgets.Experienced in setting up and tracking digital ads.Why JoinWork across multiple startups, not just one.High ownership, high trust role with real influence on venture outcomes.Direct exposure to venture building strategy and investment decisions.About the CompanySanabil Studio#J-18808-Ljbffr
