Job Description
Classcard is a SaaS platform that helps academies and educational businesses manage registrations, schedules, payments, attendance, and communication — all in one place. We work with sports academies, tutoring centers, and performing arts schools across multiple countries.The UAE is our largest market, and we're looking for someone to own the marketing engine — planning campaigns, coordinating execution across channels, and making sure everything runs on time and gets measured.What You'll DoCampaign Planning & ExecutionOwn the marketing calendar — plan campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, events, and partnerships on a monthly/quarterly cadence.Write campaign briefs, define target audiences and KPIs, and coordinate execution with internal teams (design, content, sales) and external vendors.Ensure all campaigns launch on time and on budget — you're the person who keeps the trains running.Social Media & Content DistributionManage Classcard's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.Plan content calendars, schedule posts, engage with the community, and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth).Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure a steady pipeline of on-brand assets.Events, Partnerships & BTLPlan and coordinate Classcard's presence at industry events, expos, and meetups — from booth logistics and collateral to post-event follow-up and lead capture.Identify and execute co-marketing and partnership opportunities with academies, industry bodies, and complementary brands in the UAE.Support BTL activations including academy visits, sponsored sessions, and local community engagement.Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack and report on campaign performance across all channels — using dashboards and tools to surface what's working and what needs adjustment.Monitor key metrics including lead volume, CAC, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution from marketing activities.Run post-campaign reviews and document learnings to continuously improve execution.AI-Powered Workflows (Non-Negotiable)Use AI tools and agents (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier AI, Canva AI, Copy.ai ) as a core part of your daily workflow — for content drafting, campaign ideation, research, reporting, and automation.Build and optimise AI-assisted workflows to accelerate marketing execution — from automated social scheduling to AI-generated briefs and performance summaries.Stay on top of emerging AI tools and actively experiment with new ways to increase marketing output and quality.What We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or brand marketing — ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or education.Proven track record of planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, events, partnerships, BTL).Strong project management skills — you're organised, deadline-driven, and nothing falls through the cracks.AI fluency is mandatory — you should already be using AI tools daily to accelerate your work. We'll ask about this in the interview.Hands-on experience with social media management and paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) — you should be comfortable managing budgets and optimising for performance.Comfort with data and metrics — you track what matters and make decisions based on performance, not assumptions.Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.Experience marketing to education, sports, or activity-based businesses .Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, PostHog, or Google Analytics .Experience with event planning and sponsorship coordination in the UAE market.Experience with SEO, content marketing, or influencer partnerships .Proficiency in Arabic for local market engagement.Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Zapier, Make, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).Why Join Classcard?
